Mission: Share Scripture with the World!

share God's word with the word
The mission of this blog has been and will continue be to share scripture with the world.  This mission to spread the gospel is commanded by Jesus  and its success is recorded in Acts 6:7.  Will you be a part of the mission?

Some may ask you "Is the Bible really relevant today?" The answer is in who God says He is in Revelation 22:13.  He is the Alpha/Omega, First/Last, and Beginning/End!  The relevancy of the Bible can be viewed the:  past, present, and in future use.
  1. Yes, the Bible is a real part of history and based on ancient documents.  According to Genesis 1, God spoke the world into being.  That means God's Word (the Bible) has been around since the beginning of time, even if man was not yet around to hear it.  The words and stories in the Bible helped many people in ancient times of the Old and New Testaments to know what to do in various situations.  The text of Bible has been translated into multiple languages and updated versions have made it readable by many generations in modern times.
  2. Yes, the Bible is now current.  Per Psalms 119, the Bible continues to endure.  If studied, the Bible will continue to help people know what to do.  The examples presented, wisdom given, inspiration provided, and advice for living right will always be relevant.  Everyone desires love, everyone needs guidance, everyone wants help.  The scriptures will always point people where they should go, if their heart is towards knowing God.
  3. Yes, the Bible will continue into the future.  According to Jeremiah 29, God has a plan.  As long as the scriptures are updated (but not changed or twisted), people will profit from knowing God's plan.  God is forever. His love endures. His mighty power saves us!  No matter what comes, no matter how quietly satan whispers in people's ears, or how loudly mankind may scream he no longer exists - God's voice will continue!
Deuteronomy 33:27 says God is Eternal and Everlasting!  Matthew 25:35 says His Word will never pass away.  So the absolute answer to the question above is YES! If the answer is yes, then we must share scripture with the world.  Help move this mission along by sharing links from this blog, passing out inspirational bookmarks or Christian tracts, or giving away Bibles.

Thanks for your support!
