250 Years of the Patriot Dream: A Nation Under God

"In God We Turst" is on Americn money and many federal buildngs.  The United States Pledge of Allegians includes "One nation under God" in it.  The is the official motto of the United States!  Why?  Because Christian faith and Biblie truth was the foundation for this country.  Regardless of what any liars may say, most Americans know this to be fact.  A few with bad intentions  refer to "Christian Natiionalists" like it is a negative term, in reality nationalist just stands for being a patriotic American and Christian means one who follows their faith in Christ as Savior.  Together the two words indicate Americans who believe God still blesses this nation

Praise the Lord, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples. 
For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever.

DayWind has put together a new patriotic anthem released on Memorial Day weekend prior to the 250th birthday of the USA (in official video below) called "The Patriot Dream" (buy lyrics or soundtrack)  It includes a small adaptation of lyrics from "America, The Beautiful," but does not replace it or the United States national anthem "The Star-Spangles Banner."   This new song, just joins in the national celebration for a wonderful country that beliefs in freedom, liberty, and faith!  


Is Christianity the Key Foundation of America?

Is Christianity the foundation of America?  The undiluted history of the United States of America says YES!  Christian values and morels played a key role in the setting up of the government.
Does God bless or curse nations depending on whether or not their leaders follow God's will and commendaments? The last few decades in America show the Holy Bible is very much proved to be true in its warnings for faithful and rebellious people.  
Is Amercia making a turn back to Christian faith and values?  It looks very hopeful for USA, revival is spreading!  Presently America is doing well in global relations and economy.  Also, both the present and future look brighter for the nation's citizens.   

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, 
and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, 
for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.

During, America Reads the Bible kick-off for Rededicate 250/Freedom 250 celebrating USA 250th, President Donald Trump read 2 Chronicles 7:11-22 (in video at bottom of post).  This scripture is God instructing the current nation's leader that its citizens/people must return to following the one true God in order to flourish.

Modern Christian Matryr: Charlie Kirk


We learn of matryrs in history, both long ago and in recent decades too.  We remember matrys for causes and martyrs for Christ, even if we know not why they were destined to die.  Do we mourn the life and lessons of a new martyr now?  

The president of the United States honored Charles (Charlie) James Kirk with a Medal on Freedom ceremony on his birthday, which the Senate agreed to adding a national day of rembrance to the USA list in recognition of his Christian leadership and patriotic messaging.  His fellow Christians and conservatives honored him with a publicly televised memorial service carried on many networks after his life and mission were cut short on September 10th.  

My last words to you, Christian brothers, are that you pray for us. 
Pray that the Word of the Lord will go out over all the land
 and prove its power just as it did with you. 
Pray that we will be kept from sinful men, because not all men are Christians. 
But the Lord is faithful. He will give you strength and keep you safe from the devil. 
We have faith in the Lord for you. 
We believe you are doing and will keep on doing the things we told you. 
May the Lord lead your hearts into the love of God. 
May He help you as you wait for Christ.

How can we move on from such a horrible thing?  Martyrs strengthen causes and grow followerships that far outlast their own lifetimes, yet we still have to wonder why.  Was it God's plan?  Or did God actually turn the work of the devil upside-down and inside-out to gain a victory over evil?  Spiritual revival is burning across America and the world after what happened to Charlie Kirk.  We pray this movement  bringing people back to Christ, morality, and common sense continue to spread and the faith embers burn for many years!

Proper Persistence in Politics and Prayer


Jesus told the parable of the persistent widow seeking justice from a corrupt and uncaring judge in Luke 18:1-8.  As with most of the stories Jesus told, he was using an everyday example to make people understand good vs. bad and how following God is always the right answer to any problem.  This particular parable ends with Jesus noting how important it is to continue to pray for what we want even if we do not get an answer right away.  Persistence and prayer can break down walls and move mountains!

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. - Romans 12:12 (NIV) 

Not violently, instead legally

It may seem that many of the courts are currently corrupt!  Religious and speech freedom is on he chopping block!  Judges make rulings that not only do not follow the letter of the law, but seem in direct defiance of the laws and correct due process.  They may ignore federal, state, and city laws regardless of the level of the court reach of the judge or previously set precedents.  They disregard God's laws, distort the truth of the situation, ignore facts, and seem to make their own rules as they go along.  However, this does not mean individual Christians and faith groups do not have the right to seek real justice, instead it means they keep filing appropriate legal complaints and appealing wrong decisions made by unjust judges.  Courts were not designed to push political agendas over the rights of citizens or to prevent law enforcement officers from upholdingd the law.  Judges are supposed to be non-partisan and apolitical, know the law, and be trustworthy.  So pray every step of the way in legal proceedings for God's grace, righteousness, and justice.  Stand firm and pray that all the lawyers and judges are open to making the right decisions.  If they do not not judge fairly, then be presistent, keep moving forward to the next legal level, and never stop praying for justice to prevail. 

Let us not become weary in doing good, 
for at the proper time we will reap a harvest
if we do not give up.

Not threatening, instead insisting 

Congressional representatives, senators, and state legislators (visit state and city government sites to find local conatact information) may not be concerned about an issue or even seem to care about those they are supposed to represent.  However, they do care about being re-elected and if enough of their Christian constituents consistently call regarding an issue, then they may begin to care just like the judge in the parable.  Do not threaten their politics or make ridoculous promises to remove them from their position, instead explain why the issue is important and insist they do what is right for the citizens they are supposed to represnet.  Call and email even though you have called before and been disappointed by your governement representatives.  Do not give up or give in.  Pray for guidance before you call or email to ask God for wisdom in what you should say and that God will open their hearts and minds to really listen and then act appropriately.  If they do not do the right thing, you still do not make threats instead you act by working to remove them from their position in their next primary and also vote you convictions in that election.

The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. - James 5:16 (NIV)

Riots Are Not Righteous


Rioting is violence, not protest.  It is not a righteous act!  It is a demonic criminal act - it against the law, therefore not a privilege or a right.  When violence is used to further a cause, it is an intimidation tactic of terriorism that seldom works.  People do not like to be told what to do or they will face harm.  People want blessings, not foul-mouthed cursing and entitlement attitudes.  Instead of complying with the evil, they will stand behind those enforcing the law.   More will speak out and call for a return to calm, to law and order, and also to Christ to save their nation.

Riot definition per The American Heritage Dictionary: A violent disturbance of the public peace by three or more persons assembled for a common purpose.

A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends. 
A violent person entices their neighbor and leads them down a path that is not good. 
- Proverbs 16:28-29 (NIV)

Real change is achieved through prayer and making others understand what is right instead of doing wrong.  Violence and fear are the wrong way to go about encouraging change.  Jesus (the son of God)  brought spiritual change and a real movement towards God, while discouraging violent actions.  So did religious leaders like MLK and Gandhi.   Any so-called prophet, politician or religion that encourages violence is not of God, instead they are showing themselves to be hell fire liars and  followers of Satan.  

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up 
against the knowledge of God, 
and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Protest & First Amendment via Civic Nation:  The Difference Between Legal and Illegal Protests

It is time again for a new revival and for those of good conscience, patriots, and the church to stand up and lead the return to God! Leadership, wisdom, and judgement are needed by all government officials and church leaders to complete God's mission and plan. 

Better Leadership for a Brighter Future


We have been living under a cloud of evil for so long, can we hope to see a better future with new leadership?  Can we joyfolly look forward to truth, liberty, and prosperity again?  When we pray, are we assured God is listening and will help us to move forward? The answers are YES, because our God wants to bless His people and give them a bright future.

When the righteous triumph, there is great elation; 
but when the wicked rise to power, people go into hiding. 
Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, 
but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. - Proverbs 28:12-13 (NIV) 

Will the former corrupt leaders and their partners-in-crime confess their evil deeds, ask for God's forgiveness, and plead for mercy from the people they have lied to and cheated for so long?  Will the citizens continue to fight for truth and justice or will evil be allowed to hide or abide until they can force their wicked ways again?  The answer depends on how we pray, the important actions we and our trustworty leaders must take as we put faith in God to guide us back to His plan for us

Evildoers are snared by their own sin, 
but the righteous shout for joy and are glad. 
The righteous care about justice for the poor, 
but the wicked have no such concern. - Proverbs 29:6-7 (NIV)

Selecting the Right Leaders


We need to pray for our leaders.  Leaders in church, in the community, in the states, in the nation, and everywhere in between.  It is much easier to install a good leader than it is to remove a bad one.  Sometimes a person may look good on paper but they are not really that person.  It is important to know their history and how they reacted or voted in the past to understand how they may act in the future.  It also makes sense to check who or where they get their backing from to understand biases and obstacles to achieving necessary goals and working towards God's plan.

The sins of some are obvious, reaching the place of judgment ahead of them; 
the sins of others trail behind them. In the same way, good deeds are obvious, 
and even those that are not obvious cannot remain hidden forever.
- 1 Timothy 5:24-25 (NIV) 

It is not always easy to see what needs to be known about someone or to ignore any faslehoods that may be presented by others.  This interference in decision making may come from the person being considered for leadership or the people trying to prevent the right person being a chosen leader through propaganda and lies.  Leaders need strength, problem-solving skills, righteousness, and compassion when justified.  Jealousy and humility are opposites, but there is no way to know which is taking control of a person or a group that must make the right decisions.  That is why it is so important to review everything and pray for the best person to lead.

There Is a Hole in the Heart of America that Only God Can Heal

The first time I heard the song "There’s A Hole In The Heart," I could not tell it they were saying "heal" or "fill".  Either word seems to fit the message of the song.  In the video below, we find actual word used is "fill" since there is a lot of "empty" in that hole that only God can fill. Things, politics, money, or human relationships cannot fill it up, although being nicer to our fellow man might decrease the hole size a little bit.  The thruth is only God can fill it up with healing and close the wound this world is inflicting upon everyone. Keep praying for revival, God's will, and the survival of America.

Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. 
You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. 
- Jeremiah 29:12-13 (ESV) 

Listen to the music video below and watch the scenes behind the lyrics.  The old-time gospel group The Nelons did a great job presenting the feelings of our nation and the world right now with this song.  Christians are being persecuting in a time when the message and comfort of Christ is really needed for humanity's emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.  USA need to learn to have faith and trust in God again! 

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,

Repent Now, Stop One World Order, and Gain Freedom

When reading Psalm 2, I was struck by how much it is like today, not just in "olden times" of King David but in all times current and future.  Too often men think of themselves as not only above others but above God.  They say there is no God, so they can do as they want.  They believe they can rebuke God, be unjust toward their fellow mankind, and can steal from other citizens and nations.  They have no problem with entrapping those that will not fall in line with their plans.  Instead of denouncing their evil plans, asking for forgiveness, and turning to God again - they force their way by imprisoning those who point out their mistakes.

"Why do the nations rebel? Why are the countries devising plots that will fail? 
The kings of the earth form a united front; 
the rulers collaborate against the Lord and His anointed king." - Psalm 2:1-2 (NET)

The global world order is against God and his people.  Those leaders want to control everyone and everything!  They have declared war against Christianity.  Between the first and last verses, God laughs at them for their insolence.  God warns them to turn away from their evil lies and plans or be destroyed. They can not stand against God!  Those leaders are NOT to to be worshiped or followed.  Throughout the scritpures, we are promised that the only one that can give us what we need and prepare us for the joy of true freedom is God.  

"Serve the Lord in fear. Repent in terror. Give sincere homage. 
Otherwise He will be angry, and you will die because of your behavior, 
when His anger quickly ignites.
 How blessed are all who take shelter in Him!" - Psalm 2:11-12 (NET)

It is time for Christians to remind their leaders who God is and what God requires of them and us.  Our freedom and future depend on it. Not just for our current physical needs and the future of our children, but our eternal souls as well.  Otherwise ALL are doomed! Christians must stand up against this evil!  If not we will continue to lose our earthly rights and are helping to send many to hell as well.  That is not want God wants!  Christians, where are your voices?  Where are you arms and legs for God?  Put on God's  armor, pray for your warriors and your own warrior-spirit, and then soldiers get going towards victory!

The Strength of His People


Times are hard.  Unfair or horrible things may be happening all around.  Christians and non-beleviers both feel the pain of uncertainty for today and the future. Although the people of God may feel weak or disheartened, they can find strength and courage through their relationship with God.  God's people know if they ask for His help, He will answer to their benefit as long as they remain faithful and righteous. God will provide leadership to move His people  forward, so they may grow and flourish.

The Lord is the strength of His people; 
He is the saving refuge of His anointed. 
Oh, save your people and bless your heritage! 
Be their shepherd and carry them forever. - Psalm 28:8-9 (ESV) 

Christians will be lifted up from their pain and receive the promises of God; with prayer, supplication, and praise.  Knowing who God is and what He can do should be enough to move forward in faith.  God will save and lead His people.  Pray that God will continually direct leaders in the way that all should go - guide them with the consideration of the people along with God's will in every decision and action.  Recognize who God is for His people and be thankful for His blessings always.

Holy War - Fighting Sin In Modern Days

The "Modern Day Holy War" song by Lady Nogrady in the video below has such a powerful spiritual message.  Open your heard and spirit to listen to the words closely first, maybe with your eyes closed.  Then if you are brave and want to know more, consider  opening your eyes and mind to the images that are shown in the video when you listen again.  

"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, 
but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) " - 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 (KJV)

Some may say this is a political message, not a God one.  For that reason I struggled with whether or not to put it on a Christian faith blog with the mission of spreading God's word.  I prayed and was released to include it because there is so much truth (count your blessings, spiritual warfare, be in sin no more) in it for modern Christians.  While it is true that some of the images may be political, all the words are truly spiritual.  

"Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations,
and with thee will I destroy kingdoms;"
- Jeremiah 51:20 (KJV)

God does care about who our leaders are and the politics that are shoved down the throats of His people.  We do NOT need to keep politics out of the pulpit, instead we need to keep evil out of the Church.  Preachers need to research who they support and pray before they allow them to speak to their congregation.  Chrisitans need to pray before they vote and constantly to be aware that evil wants to take our physical and spiritual lives.  Protect your soul, heart, and mind - put on the armor of God and prepare for the fight that is no longer coming, because it is already here.


Nothing is Going to Change Until?

"Nothing is going to change until someone decides to pray" is what Rev. Darious Johnston said last Sunday.  That hit me hard as I have been praying and I know many others are praying for change in our nation and the world.  There is so much evil being  promoted while  Christians are being too silent.  We are being told it is not our business or that politics are not part of the Church.  So we watch as devil spreads lies and laughs as corruption prospers.  We cry out to God as others are persecuted and/or prosecuted.  But are we really supposed to do nothing?

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." - Romans 12:12 (NIV)

Fighting evil is our business, Christian or not!  We need to get on our knees and pray for change!  This is our first line of offense and defense.  Our nation needs to return to God.  We also need to ask God how He wants to use each of us to bring about change.  We need to become a courageous army of God, and stop being a pathetic prisoner of false doctrines.  

"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. 
With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people." 
"
- Ephesians 6:18 (NIV)

Are you praying for judges and govenrment authorities to make the right decision?   Are you praying for new leaders with godly hearts? Are you praying for family and friends to find and follow Jesus?  Are you praying for and helping those who need help?  The Bible instructs us to pray!  It also encourages us to do what is right and fight a good fight for the Lord.  Want things to change?  Get on your knees first!  Then stand up for truth, righteouseness, and justice against lies, evil, and wrong-doings.

Why Attack Now? Terrorism is NOT Religion of God!

    

"The violence of the wicked 
will drag them away,
for they refuse to do what is right."

- Proverbs 21:7 (NIV) 

After years of peace, people are wondering why did international terrorist attack Israel/Jews now?  Back on 9/11/2001 in America and long afterwards, people wondered the same thing about so-called religious extremist and domestic terrorism.  How can one group of people hate another group so much they advocate murder?  How can anyone kill others in the name of religion or claim violence as social justice? After the truth of the holocaust came out after World War II, people wondered that  same thing.  Now we add, how can so many people march in support of or as part of terrorist groups?  The secular answer is that we no longer teach truth about history.  There may be some truth in that, however it may be more that we no longer teach morality and respect for others.  There should be no doubt that  terrorist organizations are evil, no matter what propaganda phrase they adopt to convince us otherwise.

"For you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness; 
with you, evil people are not welcome. 
The arrogant cannot stand in your presence. 
You hate all who do wrong;  you destroy those who tell lies. 
The bloodthirsty and deceitful you, Lord, detest.
" - Psalm 5:4-6 (NIV)

Now, it seems to be all about loving oneself and doing whatever you desire including inciting hate for others.  Sexual perversion is not really rampant among everyone, but we are told it must be allowed for the brainwashed mentally-ill few.  Most people want law and order, but we are told that infringes on the rights of the criminals who choose to embrace violence or take from others who are weaker than themselves.  The Bible warned this would happen as people of faith no longer raise their children in God's ways but instead allow schools and others to lead, thus allowing the devil to begin convincing new generations that evil is good through indoctrination masquerading as eduction.

"The wicked become a ransom for the righteous, 
and the unfaithful for the upright."
- Proverbs 21:18 (NIV) 

So what happened to the no bullying and anti-racism programs that have now become more guided by selective or political persecution?  Is the golden rule no longer relevant in society today? We have gone too far, it is now time to choose a side.  Whose side are you on?  What attitude will you adopt? Which path will you choose?  Pick the right way, instead of continuing down the wrong path.  

"Not a word from their mouth can be trusted; their heart is filled with malice. 
Their throat is an open grave; with their tongues they tell lies. 
Declare them guilty, O God! Let their intrigues be their downfall. 
Banish them for their many sins, for they have rebelled against you."

- If many types of sin become more rampant then morality and a real relationship with God...  
- If false teaching and partisan propaganda become more important than honesty and spiritual truth...  
- If the rights of citizens are disrespectful trampled upon in favor of lawlessness or political power... 
Then the people are in trouble and the nation will eventually fall.  Do not think this can not happen to a noble or "Christian" nation, because it can if the people of that country choose to forget their God and turn to worldly things via reversing good and evil.  

"Righteousness exalteth a nation: 
but sin is a reproach to any people." - Proverbs 14:34 (KJV)

The Bible tells of many nations that were judged for the sins of their evil leaders or acts of their sinful people.  World history, including recent events, also shows the capture of nations that had bad leaders or greedy traitors who plotted evil against others and/or their own people.  They not only sought power or profit, but what many of them did was try to replace God with themselves as the head of everything.  They listened to the devil instead of God.  If you see evil rolling through your nation or your government, you must pray for your leaders to do the upright thing and that God will use you as He sees fit to help turn things around for the people and restore honor to the country.

"And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, 
who are taken captive by him at his will." - 2 Timothy 2:26 (KJV)

Praying for Leaders

As a Christian, it is your duty to pray for those in a leadership role.  Pray for your church leaders, your employers, and other leaders in your life.  According to the Bible, you are to pray for everyone who has an authority over you.  It does not matter if you like them, you should pray for their health, that they make good decisions, and follow God's will in their lives and responsibilities.

that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

No matter what political party you associate with or who you voted for, you should be praying for government leaders at local, county, state, and national levels.  Pray right now for current leaders' health, their families, and God's guidance for them in fulfilling their duties of office.  When you do have the opportunity to vote for new or returning leaders, pray before you vote that you make the right choice.  Again, it does not matter which party you normally associate with or the past of the politician, what matters is the leaders' current platform and if their issues and policies align with how God is leading you and what the Bible says is right or wrong.  As a Christian, you do not vote personalities, you should be voting God's will for good and NOT evil.  If you are not praying before you vote or not voting because you do not care for either candidate,  you are choosing to NOT help fulfill God's will and opening the door for satan to try to take  control.

Evil Wants to Overshadow the Truth

Jeremiah 29:11
"An evil-doer giveth heed to wicked lips; 
And a liar giveth ear to a mischievous tongue."

Satan is the biggest liar, the evil father of lies, and behind every lie told to and by humans in a n attempt to spread evil even more.  Remember that evil can hide behind a good cause.  Evil takes advantage of blind followers.  The devil seeks to divide people and destroy what they have built. Evil  blots out the truth of history.  Criminals and deviants reign while honesty and purity are scoffed at.  Evil removes your sense of safety.  Terror and fear become the legacy of evil.  Evil is a hidden terrorist waiting to exploit those who do not seek the truth before they act.  Evil can hide behind words, will distort truth, incite anarchy, and always seeks destruction.  Evil breeds anger and hate.  NO good comes from evil.

But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, 
deceiving and being deceived.
But abide thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of,
knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a babe thou hast known
the sacred writings which are able to make thee wise unto salvation
through faith which is in Christ Jesus." - 2 Timothy 3:13-15 (ASV)

Do not let evil in!  Before you know it, good intentions and wrong ideas cost you your freedom.  Be NOT afraid of words. lies, and twisted versions of what is real.  Do not let the  loud screams of a few hide the voices of the majority.  Fight evil! Stand up to evil!  Fight misdeeds and the goals of the devil.  Pray that God rains down his righteousness before it is too late.  We shall overcome with God's help.  Pray and keep praying for a breakthrough.

"Beware of false prophets, 
who come to you in sheep’s clothing, 
but inwardly are ravening wolves. 
By their fruits ye shall know them. 
Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; 
but the corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit."

Everything is Permissible?

To survive, humans only need five things: air, water, food, shelter, and sleep.  Everyone wants more than just what they need.  Have you heard someone say "I have the right to <blank for anything>."   Some people feel everything is their right to do or have regardless of how it affects others, their own earthly future, their possible legacy/history, or even their eternity.  These people seem to only care about "me and my desires" in the here-and-now. Do they or you really have the right to do whatever you/they want?

"Everything is permissible, but not everything is helpful. 
Everything is permissible, but not everything builds up." 
- 1 Corinthians 10:23 (ISV)

So what are your human rights according to the world?  Basically, the United Nations says individuals have the personal right to dignity, education, health, justice, life, liberty, marriage, movement, property, protest, reputation, rest, security, and work.  Everyone has a nationality or religion and it is free to change either.  People should not to be tortured or enslaved.  However, at the bottom of the iist, is the rights of community and determination of laws to protect society over the desires of one person or a few people.  Even the world recognizes the good of the majority over the desires of the few.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things." 
- Galatians 5:22-23 (ISV)

In the United States, your human rights were expressed in the Declaration of Independence "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." Although seeking happiness was added, it does not guarantee joy only the right for you to seek it.  Happiness looks different for everyone.  Each person has to decide where their joy comes from and how to pursue it.  Also the Declaration did not mean that individual desires take precedence over the good of others.  American citizens still have the responsibility of  doing not only what is best for themselves but also to consider the impact on others.  The United States Constitution, Amendments, and the Bill of Rights not only covers the human rights, it goes further and says what the government,  the military, and legal courts can/cannot do.  The minority voice must be heard and considered.  However no matter how loud the few may be, true democracy and responsibility of citizenship  requires the desires of the majority vote rules.

That is what the world says, what does God say?  What does the Bible tell you about doing whatever you want?  Christians are told they can do anything and that nothing on earth is held back from them... BUT not everything is good for them to have or to do.  Christians are warned not to let their earthly or carnal desires get control of their lives.  Evil can quickly take over your life if you let the devil tell you to just let a little in.  They still need to seek God first and show Christ through their actions towards others.  You must make your own choices and be responsible for your actions.
