Steps of Mankind - On or Off God's Path

Even a courageous person’s steps are determined by the LORD, 
so how can anyone understand his own way?

If every step of each person is known by God before he does it, then perhaps we have no choice but to do what is right.  The above scripture does not mean man does not have a need or will to change things n their lives.  Instead it means that God knows what we may do without his intervening.  However, with God's grace and our willingness, we can be on the more righteous path rather than getting off-the-road and doing wrong.  As we walk the proper path set before us, we can please God and be guided by Him in our lives.
